The 2-Day Inspiring Leadership Training Program, organised as part of the Accelerated Leadership Program (ALP) 2026, brought together professionals for an intensive learning experience focused on developing effective and inspiring leadership capabilities.
The programme was conducted by Women Inclusive in Technology (WIIT) in collaboration with Trinity SkillWorks Private Limited, Mindcarter and the Group of Technology Companies (GTech). The two-day module was facilitated by Tojo Eapen, who guided participants through key aspects of leadership development and professional growth.
The programme focused on helping participants strengthen their understanding of effective leadership, develop greater self-awareness and explore approaches to leading teams with clarity, purpose and confidence. Through structured learning and interactive engagement, participants had the opportunity to reflect on their leadership styles and gain perspectives that can be applied in their professional roles.
The Inspiring Leadership module forms part of the broader Accelerated Leadership Program (ALP) 2026, which aims to support the development of capable and future-ready leaders within the technology ecosystem.
