Women Inclusive in Technology (WIIT) is a community-driven initiative working to create greater opportunities for women in technology. Through career development, leadership programmes, skill-building, mentorship, networking and community initiatives, WIIT supports women throughout their professional journey—from starting their careers to returning after a career break and stepping into leadership roles.
We are committed to building a more inclusive technology ecosystem where women can learn, connect, grow and lead.
Message from the President
WIIT has been, and will always be, more than a network for women. It is a constantly growing community of people and organisations who share the same values and want to shape an equitable future in Kerala’s IT workplace. WIIT aims to be a facilitator that helps women in IT live their fullest lives—in the foreground and behind the scenes. The WIIT platform helps women connect with aspirational role models and mentors, promote their personal brand, find balance, and participate in upskilling to return to the workforce or reach greater heights in their careers. WIIT also works with corporates to shape their DEI policies, establish POSH guidelines, and run technical and non-technical training programmes—all focused on helping women grow within their organisations.
