About Us

Women Inclusive in Technology [WIIT] stands for the Inspiration derived from eWIT to create a networking space for women in Technology. We create a broader platform to equip those who aspire and dream big, across the industries, leveraging technology as a force multiplier. WIIT is a small leap taken by a group of professionals instrumental in creating the transformation that has a fly wheel effect inspiring more women to aspire and achieve their career dreams. WIIT aims to uplift the individuals who lack exposure by providing firm support to lead successful lives through various programmes and learning opportunities.

Message from the President

WIIT has been and will always be more than a network for women. It is a constantly growing community of people and organisations who share the same values and want to shape an equitable future in Kerala’s IT workplace. WIIT aims to be facilitator to help women in IT live their fullest lives both in the foreground but also behind the scenes. The WIIT platform helps women connect with aspirational role models and mentors, promote their personal brand, find balance and participate in upskilling to get back into the workforce, or reach greater heights in their career. WIIT also works with corporates to shape their DEI policies, establish POSH guidelines and run technical and non technical training programs; all focused to help women grow within their organisations.
