Unlocking Leadership Potential in Women through Guided Mentorship
WIIT, in partnership with Trinity SkillWorks, has been proudly delivering the Accelerated Leadership Program to empower women leaders and build strong industry-ready capabilities over the past few years. Launched in 2020, ALP has empowered 200+ mid-career women by 2026 to step into leadership roles across industries. Through cross-organization collaboration, peer learning, and life-changing experiences, ALP continues to shape confident, future-ready women leaders.
