Objectives
This program goes beyond theory and focuses on practical, actionable leadership. The key objectives are:
Create a safe and open environment for all leaders to share experiences and reflect on gender dynamics.
Bridge the gap between HR and Business teams on issues of talent, inclusion, and privilege.
Provide practical tools and frameworks (such as the “Changing the Story” approach to drive real workplace improvements.
Help leaders confidently navigate evolving workplace expectations, including remote work and POSH regulations.
