Leading for Change: Transforming hidden workplace norms to build high-performing, psychologically safe, and gender-equitable workplaces

Objectives

This program goes beyond theory and focuses on practical, actionable leadership. The key objectives are:

  • Create a safe and open environment for all leaders to share experiences and reflect on gender dynamics.

  • Bridge the gap between HR and Business teams on issues of talent, inclusion, and privilege.

  • Provide practical tools and frameworks (such as the “Changing the Story” approach to drive real workplace improvements.

  • Help leaders confidently navigate evolving workplace expectations, including remote work and POSH regulations.
