February 4, 2023 – The POSH Act is the Prevention of Sexual Harassment at the Workplace Act, enacted to provide a safe and secure working environment for all employees regardless of gender. POSH training is an effective tool that helps corporates set up effective systems and processes that ensure compliance with the POSH act. WE – Women Inclusive in Technology facilitates POSH training for IT professionals to promote gender inclusive workspaces. This is a certification program provided for the partiicipants to become certified ICC members in POSH.
