ReIgnite is a new digital platform developed under WIIT’s flagship “10,000 Women Back to Career” initiative, designed to support women in restarting and advancing their professional journeys after a career break.
The platform aims to connect women with career opportunities, relevant resources and pathways to re-enter the workforce, while helping organisations access experienced and skilled talent.
The ReIgnite portal was officially inaugurated on 1 September 2026 by Adv. Bindu Krishna, Hon’ble Minister for Women & Child Development, Labour, Dairy Development & Animal Husbandry, Government of Kerala. The inauguration marks an important milestone in WIIT’s ongoing efforts to create an inclusive career ecosystem and encourage more women to confidently return to the workforce.
