AROGYAM ANANDAM – Vibe 4 Wellness
With the vision of creating a healthier Kerala, the Health Department has launched the Healthy Life Campaign – ‘AROGYAM ANANDAM – Vibe 4 Wellness’, aimed at bringing sustainable and positive changes in the lifestyle practices of the people of the State. The campaign recognises that unhealthy lifestyle habits are a major contributor to the rising burden of non-communicable diseases (NCDs) such as diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular diseases, obesity, and mental health disorders.
The primary objective of the campaign is to reduce the incidence of lifestyle-related diseases by 20% through widespread awareness, behavioural change communication, and community participation. The campaign places equal emphasis on physical, mental, and social well-being, ensuring inclusivity across all age groups, genders, and socio-economic backgrounds.
HPV Vaccination Drive
WIIT successfully organized an HPV Vaccination Drive at Technopark Club House, reinforcing the importance of preventive healthcare and early protection.
The initiative saw 100+ participants, including children, students, Technopark employees, and professionals from various organizations aged 9 to 26, who actively came forward to benefit from this important program.
VIBE ON Wellness Community
VIBE ON Wellness Community was Officially Launched!
On the occasion of International Yoga Day, Women Inclusive in Technology (WIIT) initiated a Yoga Session as part of our Vibe ON Wellness Club, in partnership with Tryzens Global and the Technopark community to prioritise holistic health, stress management, and well-being within the tech ecosystem. The day marked a beautiful milestone as we successfully inaugurated this continuous wellness initiative at the Iris Open Hall, Technopark Phase I.
“Let’s not have this just for name’s sake. If we can create a mechanism where we can regularly come and do it…” In his inaugural address, Chief Guest Mr. Sandip Kumar IAS, Director, Kerala State IT Mission & CEO, Technopark, re-emphasized the importance of creating microhabits that can lead to lifestyle changes towards total well-being. His vision for the Technopark community perfectly mirrors the core mission of WIIT, championing holistic well-being and inclusive workspaces. He wished the team the best and gave his full support—including personally making use of such facilities when time permits.

Through our recent Gender in the Workplace initiative at Technopark, WIIT and our ecosystem partners sparked vital conversations on male allyship, proving that true equity demands active, shared leadership.
